Our Mission
Dushahi Sribavan Law Professional Corporation was established in 2013 and is a law firm focussed on providing professional legal services to individuals, businesses and corporations in the areas of immigration and refugee law.
The firm possesses a wealth of experience in visas, immigration, refugee, and citizenship applications, conducting hearings, trials and appeals at administrative tribunals and at the Federal Court.

Ms. Dushahi Sribavan
Dushahi completed her articling year with Rocco Galati, and was called to the bar in Ontario in January 2013. She had the opportunity to work on highly-publicized cases, some of which include the Bank of Canada challenge, Lawsuit against Health Canada with respect the Natural Health Product Regulations, and the Douglas Inquiry before the Inquiry Committee of the Canadian Judicial Council.
She now predominately practices Canadian immigration and citizenship for anyone interested in entering Canada or remaining in Canada.
Mr. John D. McCrie
He focused his area of practice to the area of Immigration and Refugee law in 1990, and more recently just immigration. John entered semi-retirement in January 2018, and providing consulting services to Dushahi Sribavan Law Professional Corporation.
Ms. Lindsay Mein
Lindsay Mein attended Sheridan College and graduated from their Early Childhood Program in 2010. After nearly 10 years working with children, she was ready for a career change after dedicating a decade to our younger generation, she wanted to help another sector. With strong skills in organization, time management and teamwork; she knew she still wanted to help people in any way she could.
Lindsay joined Dushahi Sribavan Law Professional Corporation in September 2023, and enjoys the quick pace and the new challenges of learning something new. She has adapted and developed her skill as a Legal Assistant quickly and has become a valuable member of the team at Dushahi Law.
She enjoys spending time with her family, watching movies and playing board games and reading, as well as staying active and healthy. Others have said she is very friendly, approachable, and easy to talk to.
